About us

Collingbourne Coatings Ltd is a long-established family business specialising in the powder coating of metal substrates. We are based on the Hampshire / Wiltshire border and offer coating services for industrial, commercial, and private bespoke projects.

Some of our projects include works for museums, exhibitions, & football stadiums and examples of our work includes lighting and electrical boxes, gates & railings, mobility equipment components, and staircases, to name a few.

We work hard to build up excellent working relationships with our customers to ensure that we have an in-depth knowledge of their needs. We pride ourselves on our quality and attention to detail, whilst providing excellent turnaround times. Our team have over 40 years’ experience combined and are able to offer practical and cost-effective solutions for all your powder coating needs

Services

Shot Blasting

We have a 6-meter enclosed shot blast facility in which we use a chilled iron grit as the blasting medium.

Priming

We offer both Zinc rich and Etch Priming services for added protection for your projects.

Pre-treatment

We have a range of pre-treatment options including our degrease and phosphate facilities.

Powder Coating

We have 3 powder coating ovens which are 6m, 4.5m and 3m respectively. We offer coatings in a range of finishes and gloss levels and hold many colours in stock as well as being able to obtain special powders and one off’s, often by the next day.

Technical Advice & Consultancy

Our experience enables us to give expert advice where needed to ensure the best finish is achieved to match your needs.

Palletising & Packaging

Completed work is always effectively packaged and palletised when necessary to avoid damage during transport.

Collection & Delivery

We have 3 vans which can be used for collections and deliveries if required, saving you both time and money.
